Founded by two husband and wife teams with decades of combined experience in hospitality, wine, and spirits, Everbar brings the quality and care of a high end cocktail bar directly to your event.
Everbar was born from a shared passion for mixology, craft beverages, and the art of thoughtful hospitality. While planning their own wedding, founders Whitney and Dillon found themselves inspired by the care, creativity, and attention to detail that define their favorite cocktail bars and beverage experiences. Those conversations naturally led to a vision for a mobile bar that could bring that same level of intention and polish to special events.
They partnered with longtime bartender and close friend John, whose deep experience behind the bar shared the same commitment to craftsmanship and service. Together, they created Everbar to offer a mobile bartending experience rooted in artistry, thoughtful planning, and genuine hospitality.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Everbar draws inspiration from the creativity and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We prioritize local spirits and ingredients whenever possible and design menus that reflect the season and sense of place.
John brings over twenty years of bartending experience, from high volume downtown bars to five star resort environments, ensuring smooth service, polished presentation, and exceptional guest care.
Dillon has spent more than six years bartending in restaurants, country clubs, and high end cocktail bars, with advanced cocktail training in Dublin, Ireland that refined his technique and creative approach.
Whitney’s background in wine marketing and hospitality spans Oregon, California, Washington, and France, shaping Everbar’s appreciation for storytelling, terroir, and intentional beverage design. She has a WSET Level 2 certification.
